NY MetroHarp President Chelsea Lane and Vice President Tomina Parvanova Lyden sat down with harpist and current President of Local 802 Sara Cutler at the Carnegie Diner on February 21, 2024 to find out more about her life and extraordinary career. Among her many accomplishments, Sara Cutler served as Principal Harp with the New York City Ballet Orchestra, the American Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestra of St. Luke’s.

Erik Satie was best known for his solo piano works and his distinct early adoption of modernist and minimalist styles. "Je te veux" was written during Satie's time as a cabaret pianist with text by Henry Pacory. Willi Maerz has arranged this piece for two pedal harps, two lever harps, with optional electric harp and bass parts. This is a fun piece for all levels!
